Sue Wyman has more than 25 years experience in the communications, high tech, and Internet arenas. Her line experience included responsibility for revenues of over $25M and her staff experience includes the leadership of the learning organization for over 20,000 sales, marketing, and call center employees for a Fortune 100 communications company. Sue founded the executive search firm Jivaro in 1999 and has worked with many of the premier clients in the communications, technology and consulting sectors. She lives in Colorado with her husband Marc; two daughters Penny and Riley; and family small-dog-diva Layla.

Sue Schaefer is a former Fortune 100 company officer and has more than two decades of senior management experience in the consumer and business technology industry. She has met the challenges of building human capital while facing day-to-day business demands. Sue has experience leading operations, marketing, product development and sales. She has a proven track record of creating and implementing management systems where actions are tied to results, business drivers and competitive benchmarks. Sue is a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach and was coached personally by Marshal early in her executive career. She lives in Seattle with her husband David; her two sons Aiden and Matthew.
